Terms of service
Our service
We advise and introduce clients to banks. We do not open accounts, hold client money or act as a bank. Every account is opened by the bank under its own conditions, and the bank decides whether to accept you.
Who provides the service
Bank Introduction is run by Paynfinity Ltd, registered in England and Wales (registration no. 16268432; registered address: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX). Contact: [email protected]. Services are provided and invoiced by Paynfinity Ltd.
How it works
Guided questions and a profile without personal data that you approve; pre-approval requests to banks; then the exact fee and the Letter of Engagement, signed online before AML and KYC work; AML review; KYC documents; UBO Declaration signed online; the bank's application form; submission; online interview; and, if the bank opens the account, the delivery of account access by the bank directly to you. Our fee is paid once the bank has pre-approved the opening. The whole process is online: you never have to travel.
Fees
The AML review costs £185, is carried out by an independent external provider and is not refundable. Our intermediation fee starts from £380, depends on the account type, is confirmed at pre-approval, and is payable once the bank pre-approves the opening. The bank's own fees are separate. Payment method: bank transfer (provisional). Invoices are issued by Paynfinity Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Refund and second bank
If the bank pre-approves the opening of the account and then finally rejects the application, the client may choose one of two options: (1) ask for a refund of the amount paid for presenting the client to the bank, never the AML Compliance fee, which is not refunded; or (2) ask to be presented to a second bank.
How we are paid and our independence
You pay the AML review to the independent provider that carries it out and our intermediation fee to us. Some institutions may also pay us for introductions. That payment never changes the fee you pay and does not decide which bank we propose: we propose the institutions that fit your profile.
Your commitments
You must give truthful, complete information and documents. We do not accept adult content, illegal activity or anything involving sanctioned persons or countries. We may stop a file that does not meet legal or bank requirements.
What we do not do
We are not a bank, a payment institution or a lender, and we do not hold client money. We do not give legal, tax or investment advice. We cannot promise that any bank will accept you, and what a bank decides is its own decision. Nothing on this site is an offer of banking services.
Access to your account
The bank gives the account details and online-banking access directly to you. We never ask for or keep your credentials.
Liability
We are not responsible for a bank's decision, for its delays or for its own fees. Our liability for our service is limited to the fees you paid us for it, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
Complaints
If you are not happy with something, write to [email protected] and tell us what happened. A person will reply in writing, and we aim to do so within 10 business days.
Law and disputes
Governing law and courts: England and Wales (courts of England and Wales). Your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected. Contact: [email protected].
