Privacy Policy
Who is responsible for your data
Paynfinity Ltd, registered in England and Wales (registration no. 16268432; registered address: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX) runs Bank Introduction and is the controller of the personal data described here. You can write to us at [email protected]. We are an introduction and advisory service. We are not a bank.
Pre-approval without personal data
The answers you give in the guided questions form a profile without personal data: no name, phone, email or exact dates. Banks receive only that profile, and only with your approval, to give a pre-approval. Your identity details and documents are shared with a bank only after you approve it and sign the Letter of Engagement.
What we collect
When you use the request or contact form: your WhatsApp or Telegram number, your email if you give it, your language, the account type you chose, your profile answers and any message you write. Once you decide to go ahead: identity and address documents, information about your activity and the source of funds, and the documents the bank requires for its KYC checks. We collect only what your file needs.
Why we use it and on what basis
To answer your request and prepare your file: it is needed to take steps at your request and, later, to carry out our agreement with you. To meet legal duties, such as anti-money-laundering checks: legal obligation. To keep records of enquiries and run our business safely: our legitimate interest. For anything else we ask for your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who receives your data
Banks and other financial institutions, only after you approve each one. The independent external provider that carries out the AML review. Service providers that work for us under contract, such as hosting, email and form-handling services. Our professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Transfers to other countries
Your data may be processed in other countries, for example where the operator is based, where our providers work or where the bank you choose is located. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we use them, for example contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for. If a request does not go ahead, we delete the data once there is no reason to keep it. Where the law requires us to keep records, such as anti-money-laundering records, we keep them for the legally required period and then delete them.
People, not bots
WhatsApp, Telegram and phone messages are read and answered by a person on our team, never by an automatic agent. Outside office hours, fill in the form and a person will contact you when we next open. The help panel on this site shows ready-written answers: it is not artificial intelligence and it does not store what you click.
Anonymous usage statistics
To understand how the site is used, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. We also count anonymous events, such as which step of a form is reached, whether a form is sent, whether the help panel is opened and how many messages are sent in it. These counts carry no name, no IP address and no identifier, and we never record what you type in the help panel or in the form for this purpose. When you send a form we also keep the page and the website you came from, so we know which pages work.
Spam protection
When you send a form, a check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) runs in your browser to tell people from automatic programs. To do it, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical data from your browser. We use it only to keep the form safe, and Cloudflare processes it under its own privacy terms. The check loads only when you send a form.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not store cookies or other data in your browser. The typeface is served from this site itself, so your visit does not send your address to a font provider. If we add any other cookie in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this section.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to it, receive a copy, or withdraw your consent, at any time, by writing to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong.
